Write to info@newaiway.com. To help us answer faster, tell us:

• the email address of your newAIway account;
• the name of your company in newAIway;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened — a screenshot helps.

Sign in

• Open my.newaiway.com and enter your email. Sign in with your password, or ask for a sign-in link. The link is valid for 15 minutes.
• No email? Look in the spam folder. The sender is hello@newaiway.com.
• On Apple devices you can also use Sign in with Apple.

Connect Claude

1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, then choose "Add custom connector".
2. Enter the URL https://mcp.newaiway.com/.
3. Sign in to newAIway, choose your company, and approve the access.

In Claude Code you can also install the newAIway plugin. It adds the connector and the newAIway skill together:

claude plugin install newaiway@newaiway

Connect ChatGPT

Add the newAIway app in ChatGPT, or add a connector with the URL https://mcp.newaiway.com/. Then sign in to newAIway, choose your company, and approve the access.

Disconnect an AI client

In newAIway, open Settings → Connected assistants and remove the connection. The AI client loses access within 15 minutes.

Orders in a shop

Each shop on newAIway is run by its own company. For questions about an order, a delivery or a return, use the support form in the shop, or contact the shop directly.

Your data

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, write to info@newaiway.com from the email address of your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
